Who are you? Tell us a little about yourself and your story.

Hey I’m Quinn! I’ve recently started coaching at CrossFit Caloundra after attaining my CF Lvl 1. I am very passionate about the CrossFit methodology & the pursuit of improving others health & wellbeing through fitness. Fitness has been a large part of my life, pursuing adventures in outdoor recreation, as well as, having the opportunity to compete in sports an adolescent & adult.

How and why did you choose to enter the world of CrossFit?

I started CrossFit as I had just finished competing in swimming & was looking a new sport to participate in. CrossFit challenged me & still does as there is always something to improve at.

Who or what inspires you and what has been the main influence to your journey?

Alex Honnold has been a massive inspiration to me for my teen & adult life. He is an extraordinary rock climber, best known for his free solo of El Capitan. He is a man who has created a life around what he feels most passion for. He is fearless & always willing to learn. These are traits I wish to pursue in my life.
