CrossFit – High-energy, coach-led CrossFit classes combining strength, conditioning, and skill work to build fitness, resilience, and community.

CrossFit Kids – Fun and engaging CrossFit Kids classes that build strength, coordination, and confidence through age-appropriate fitness and play.

Gymnastics – Skill-based session focused on building strength, control, and efficiency in bodyweight movements like pull-ups, handstands, and muscle-ups.

Weightlifting – Technique-focused class designed to improve your snatch, clean, and jerk with expert coaching and progressive programming.

Engine – High-intensity endurance class using running, ergs, bodyweight and dumbbells/kettlebells to build your aerobic engine for improved fitness racing, CrossFit performance, and overall work capacity.
