Who are you? Tell us a little about yourself and your story.
Hey, I’m Jac! I’m a Mum to crazy little boy who takes all of my energy outside the gym (and in), and I’m super passionate in helping people achieve their health and fitness goals. I’ve been a PT/Coach since 2018 and some of the biggest highlights have come from the simplest things like watching a client get their first ever box jump or being able to do a pull-up without a band!
How and why did you choose to enter the world of CrossFit?
I started training CrossFit in 2017 (I didn’t even realise what CrossFit was at the time) when I got bored of trying to motivate myself to go to my local 24/7 gym. Since the day I walked in, I’ve never looked back. I was obsessed instantly.
Favourite WOD?
DT, Isabel, and controversially… Fran!
Who or what inspires you and what has been the main influence to your journey?
Watching the CrossFit Games Docos on repeat back in my early days was a huge contributing factor. I wanted to be able to do all the cool stuff and lift the heavy barbells like these insane athletes were doing. I still do.
Favourite food?
I love a good burger, and chocolate every day is a non negotiable!
Favourite drink?
Coffee! A hazelnut latte most days or an iced latte no sugar syrup on the hotter days.
Favourite holiday destination?
To travel ALL OF EUROPE is the dream!
