We love the benefits of group exercise classes (fun, more cost effective, social etc.) but the drawback is there is less time for individual coaching. Everyone is unique, has different needs and goals. As a result, you may benefit from a more personalised approach. Our memberships combine group classes & one-on-one personal training to assist you in areas such as: physique transformation, performance training, nutrition, recovery mobility, injury prevention/rehab, skill acquisition & sport-specific training.

We have an amazing facility equipped with everything you need to become the fittest, strongest and most athletic version of yourself. If you’d prefer to just utilise the space with your own personal programming we have a stand alone 24/7 access membership.

No. We want you to stay and continue training at CrossFit Caloundra because you enjoy it and see results. No worries if you need to cancel your membership or believe CrossFit Caloundra is not for you. You have the option to cancel at any time.
We understand that making healthier choices can be difficult, and many people often fail to keep their promises to get in shape, despite numerous attempts. That is why we do not charge sign-up fees. We want to make starting at the gym as simple as possible for you.
We truly care when you can’t make it to class, unlike other gyms. To us, you are more than just a name or another “client.” We all share the same goal of getting fitter and healthier, and we enjoy living our lives. When you walk in for your first session, you’ll not only see our wonderful community but also experience what it’s like to become a member of the team and family. People always come first at CrossFit Caloundra, with fitness following.
Our regular membership is a weekly direct debit. If you need a variation of this contact us to discuss.
One of the simplest methods to make sure you pay your membership dues on time each week is by Direct Debit through our Fitbox system. Talk to us if you’d like to pay upfront for a set membership term using eftpos/cash.
Yes you will be liable for paying a very small transaction fee each debit ($0.35 + 1% for direct debit and $0.35 + 1.75% for credit card payments)
If you are unwell, busier than usual, or planning a trip out of town, you can put your membership on hold for up to six (6) weeks. To arrange for the suspension of your payments, please complete the Membership Hold Form two weeks prior to the start of your hold period. As we will automatically reinstate your membership when your hold period is over, we need require a start and end date.
A membership can only be suspended for a total of six weeks. Anything beyond that qualifies as a cancellation will be handled in accordance with our standard cancellation policies. Of course, we’d love to have you back and are always pleased to talk about renewing your membership.
4 weeks prior to your intention to quit visiting our gym, fill out the cancellation request form on our website. After you submit the form, a member of our helpful team will get in touch with you to set up the cancellation. If a member cancels and then decides to rejoin, they will be charged the current membership fees.

Yes, we welcome anyone who has had experience with CrossFit before to try a free trial class. If you’re brand new to our style of training we encourage you to drop in for a quick introduction session to see which of our programs will suit best.
