Coach – Josh Milne

Who are you? Tell us a little about yourself and your story

I’m Josh, I bring over 5 years of  passion and experience as a CrossFit Level 2 coach, years of hands-on coaching, gym ownership, hosted CrossFit competitions and workshop facilitation with expertise in Olympic weightlifting, gymnastics, endurance, strength, and conditioning.

I have traveled the world, lived many different lives and am fortunate to call the Sunshine Coast home. 

How and why did you choose to enter the world of Fitness/CrossFit?

I have been born and bred around the fitness industry, and more specifically CrossFit.  I am also a competitive CrossFit athlete who has competed in nationwide comps including Torian pro. With all of this in mind it is a great reason why I love coaching and teaching the importance of a solid foundation, impeccable technique, and a FUN supportive environment!

Fran or a filthy 40min EMOM

Who or what inspires you and what has been the main influence to your journey?

My son inspires me, to show up better for him and lead by an example. To show anything is possible and to enjoy the whole process whether that’s to your goals or self improvement and to be kind.

Burgers!

Anywhere in the world with surf or a coast line

What’s one OCD trait you have?

Racks on the rig need to be inline, I check my phone alarms 3 times before bed
