On Ramp – Beginner classes designed to show you the ropes of CrossFit! Perfect for new starters and those that have had a break from CrossFit.

CrossFit Kids – Fun and engaging CrossFit Kids classes that build strength, coordination, and confidence through age-appropriate fitness and play.

Gymnastics – Skill-based session focused on building strength, control, and efficiency in bodyweight movements like pull-ups, handstands, and muscle-ups.

Weightlifting – Technique-focused class designed to improve your snatch, clean, and jerk with expert coaching and progressive programming.

Run Club – Join our free weekly run club and improve your running ability!

Open Gym (5am-9pm) – Come do your own thing in our awesome space.
