Why did you choose to enter this space of Health, Wellness & CrossFit?
I’ve always loved health and fitness but had a friend who did CrossFit that kept telling me how much I would love it. Decided one day, after clockwatching at my usual gym, to give it a try and absolutely fell in LOVE with it! The people, the community, the atmosphere, the challenge to do things I thought I wasn’t capable of, and the philosophy just makes it extraordinary.

Favourite WOD or Exercise?
Pull ups! A small person’s best friend lol - can knock through those babies anytime!

Who or what inspires you and what has been the main influence to your journey?
I don’t really have a who but the what is - I get a real kick out of seeing people developing new skills, whether it’s squatting below parallel, or a box step up or jump, or a pullup/muscle up - that look of pure pride and amazement is just beautiful - love it every single time!

Favourite food?
I’m always on the hunt for a good nachos - but experience has now shown me that the best one is actually home made

Favourite drink?
I was born in England so have to say a good cup of tea (or pot) ☺️

Favourite getaway destination?
Queensland!! Haha good thing we are living here now! Seriously though - we love Palm Cove and Port Douglas. We did Palm Cove for our 10th Wedding Anniversary and will be going again next month for our 20th πŸ™ŒπŸ»

What's one OCD trait you have?
Not sure if it’s OCD, but I’m very much a creature of habit so I like to be in the same location in the gym for my workouts, standing anywhere else just feels weird lol
