Who are you? Tell us a little about yourself and your story.
I grew up out west with my three older brothers, obviously making my life one big competition from the beginning. I recently started my own family last year with my partner Josh and I love showing our son all the adventures we can find here at the Sunshine Coast.
 
Why did you choose to enter this space of Health, Wellness & CrossFit?
I have always had a crazy active lifestyle. Cycling, running, snowboarding, surfing, hiking, rock climbing and plenty of gym sessions. But the idea of combining fitness with my career seems silly not too!
 
Who or what inspires you and what has been the main influence to your journey?
My dad has always motivated me to try new things and give it my best shot. My son also makes me want to be better - being happier, healthier and providing him the life I am proud to give him.
 
Favourite food?
Sadly, it’s Chocolate, mostly kitkats and milkyways but I am a golden retriever with food, I will eat anything that is in front of me.
 
Favourite drink?
Caesars (a weirdly delicious drink that’s popular in Canada), with all the toppings!
 
Favourite getaway destination?
Any ski town. Preferable with not many people and lots of powder!
 
Favourite motivational quote?
"How do you eat an elephant? One bite at a time!"
 
What's one OCD trait you have?
TV volume has to be to the nearest 10 at all times!
