CrossFit Caloundra's Jumpstart sessions - these are 1 on 1 sessions with a coach designed to familiarise you with the equipment, movements and stimulus that we use specifically at CrossFit Caloundra.

After you've completed these we guarantee you'll feel more confident, capable and conditioned to enter our regular daily classes.
