General Warm Up
In teams of 3-5, push an empty sled 100m changing every 10m

5 Deadball deadlifts (light load)
5 Deadball deadlifts (heavier load)
5 Deadball deadlifts (heavier load)
5 Deadball clean to shoulder with pause at hip (light load)
3 Deadball clean to shoulder with pause at hip (heavier load)
3 Deadball clean to shoulder with pause at hip (heavier load)

2 rounds
20m Sled push (build to WOD load)
20 Double unders or SU
20m KB Farmers carry (build to WOD load)
2 Dball cleans (workout load)

Met Con
Repeat from Aug 2016!
5 rounds of:
40s on, 20s off for max rest
Double unders
Sled push 60/40kg
KB Farmers carry 32/24kg
Dball cleans 55/35kg
