I’m not sure if I want to do CrossFit. Can I try out a class?
Yes! You’re more than welcome to take up our 3 day FREE TRIAL if you’ve done CrossFit before to see if CrossFit Caloundra will suit you. If you’ve never done CrossFit then we recommend you do our JUMPSTART SESSIONS to get accustomed to the movements, techniques and stimulus of CrossFit.

How is CrossFit different?
CrossFit will be VERY different to your regular ‘commercial gym’ or ‘outdoor bootcamp’ if that’s what you’re used to. CrossFit is designed to get you in peak physical condition over time, developing multiple fitness qualities. We program 12 week training blocks for our members, designed to improve the 10 General Physical Skills of CrossFit which are: Cardiovascular/respiratory endurance, stamina, strength, flexibility, power, speed, co-ordination, agility, balance and accuracy. Each class is 60 mins long and divided into different segments which are focussed on developing different qualities. If you’re expecting to be flogged aka ‘bootcamp style’ for the whole session then CrossFit isn’t for you. Creating well rounded fitness takes time, commitment, a solid work ethic and smart training. Why is CrossFit more expensive than a regular commercial gym?
At CrossFit Caloundra you’ll experience hands on coaching by experienced, qualified coaches every session. Each and every class you come to we will help you develop as an athlete to never-ending improvement. The traditional gym model requires a monthly membership, plus personal trainer costs on top if you require this kind of coaching. See how the price of 5 x personal training sessions a week plus weekly membership stacks up against our prices because that’s basically what you’re getting at CrossFit Caloundra. We pour our heart and soul into the programming and the have built a very unique “community” feel of our gym. You’ll experience nothing like it once you join and witness it yourself.

Do you offer discounts?
Yes. A 20% discount will be applied to any of our UNLIMITED membership for the following:
– Extra family members
– Law enforcement, emergency services & military personnel
– Full time students (must show student card)
– Juniors (17 years and below)

How can I pay my membership?
You can pay your membership upfront or what most of our members do is our weekly or fortnightly direct debit system. Easy & hassle free!

Do I need to be fit to do CrossFit?
No! You do not need a pre-existing level of fitness to get started at CrossFit Caloundra. We have any and every level of fitness at the gym, often all in the same session. Our program can be scaled down OR up to make it easier and harder. This is what allows complete beginners and high level athletes working the same, albeit modified versions of the same workout. Every person that walks into our gym is a beginner to CrossFit, regardless of how fit they are. Some progress quicker than others, but you are your own project and your own competition.

What results can I expect from CrossFit?
Anything you put your mind to! From losing weight, building muscle, developing weightlifting/powerlifting strength, short and long term fitness – CrossFit can do it all. If you’re dedicated to your training you can expect to see some amazing results within 30 days of joining. We offer nutrition guidance, 1 on 1 personal training & a 12 week Transformation Challenge to help you achieve the results you want. If you can commit to a minimum of 2 training sessions each week you will PROGRESS. Ideally though, you are making a minimum 4 training sessions each week to produce OPTIMAL results. It’s really as simple as showing up, doing the work and the results with SHOW.

Do you have Creche?
We sure do. Monday to Friday at our 9.15am class as well as the Saturday 8am class.
